Wachovia Responds to Participant Concerns With Extended Call Center Hours and Special Webinar
We realize that these are unprecedented, complex and unsettling times for your participants.  In an environment like this, it’s sometimes hard for them to sort through all the information. We also understand the concerns that go along with the questions they may have regarding their own financial situation as well as the stability of the financial industry in general. To respond to these participant concerns in the past month, Wachovia temporarily extended its call center hours to Saturdays and conducted a special participant Webinar on navigating their retirement plan through difficult markets with confidence.
